Thank you for shopping with Club Kingdom. Each item is made to order through our fulfillment partner, Printful. Because of this, we have specific return guidelines outlined below.
Returns
Since all products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Clear photos of the item and packaging
If approved, we will:

Send a replacement at no cost, or

Issue a refund to your original payment method
Lost Packages
If your package appears lost in transit:

Please allow up to 30 days from shipment (domestic) or 45 days (international).

If confirmed lost, we will send a replacement.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.
